Wet'n'Wild Water World is open every day of the year except Christmas Day on 25 December and the park is closed on ANZAC Day(Australia's National Day of Remembrance) on 25 April. The park opens at 10:00am every day and closing times vary throughout the year. 27 December - 25 January 9:00 PM 26 January - 30 April 5:00 PM 1 May - 31 August 4:00 PM 1 September - 26 December 5:00 PM All pools and slides are heated during the cooler months of the year (April through to September).

Availability of rides and attractions is subject to change, delay, cancellation or closure due to inclement weather, preventative maintenance, refurbishment, or other operational requirements. All pools and slides are heated during the cooler months of the year (April through September).
