Hours of operation

Tulum Tour with a Private Archeologist is available: Daily, starts at 7:00am (Pick-up from 6:00am to 7:00am) a member of the agency will call the day before and leave a message at your hotel with the pick-up time. Jungle Maya Tour is available: Monday to Saturday. Tour departs: 8:00am - depending on the location your hotel please contact your Olympus Tours Representative at your hotel for pick up time. Subsee Explorer - This tour operates: Daily. Departs every hour from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time.

Participant restrictions

Tulum Tour with a Private Archeologist - Children under the age of 3 may participate for free. Jungle Maya Tour - This expedition is not recommended for people with claustrophobia, physical and motor handicap, or heart problems. It is not suggested for oversized people (over 264 pounds) or people who are not able to handle physical activity. It is definitely not recommended for pregnant women and for children under 6 years old. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in this expedition.
