Take an exhilarating thrill ride through the Shotover Canyons on the internationally renowned Shotover Jet. After spinning and jetting all over the river, you can dry off by plunging yourself off the Giant Sky Swing. Shotover Canyon Swing is the world's highest swing. They have built a platform on the edge of a cliff 109m/360ft above the Shotover River. At the platform you are fitted into a seat and chest safety harness and connected to the jump ropes. This harnessing configuration keeps your arms and legs free throughout the journey and enabling you to safely depart the platform in any position imaginable. Gravity does the rest.

Hours of operation

Available daily. Tour departs numerous times throughout the day. After the supplier receives the confirmation email, they will call the client to schedule the time.

Pregnant women are unable to participate in any of these activities. If you have any previous neck or back injuries please provide details.

Policies

All combo/rafting trips require a minimum number of passengers for departures. Bookings will be accepted for numbers less than the required minimum number on the basis that bookings will be coordinated to achieve minimum numbers. All tours operate weather permitting. Guests wanting to make changes are required to contact reservations at least 48 hours prior to departure.
