Downtown Tour: departs at 8:00am - 6:00pm at City Sights NY Visitor Center in Madame Tussauds, 234 W. 42nd St and 8th Avenue between 49th and 50th streets. Uptown Treasures & Harlem Tour: departs at 9:00am - 5:00pm from 8th Avenue between 42nd and 43rd streets. Night Tour: departs at 6:00pm - 8:00pm from 4nd Street and 7th Avenue. Brooklyn tour: departs every 30 minutes 11:00am - 3:00pm from Battery Place and State Street, stop #15 on the Downtown tour. Museum of the City of New York: Open Daily 10:00am – 6:00pm from 1220 Fifth Avenue at 103rd Street. Empire State Building Observatory: Open Daily 8:00am – 2:00pm from 5th avenue & West 34th street.
