Policies Guest is required to call at least 72 hours ahead of the tour date to confirm the reservation and to provide height information. *Requirements: Diving experience and certification (PADI or equivalent) Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the departure location. You must schedule your transfer. Children over 12 years old. Tours may be cancelled if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions. If we are unable to reschedule the tour, we will issue a full credit or refund. Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.
