Participant restrictions

All children 2 years old and up require a ticket to gain admittance into Radio City Music Hall. Children under 2 years old do not require a ticket however, they may not occupy their own separate seat and must sit on a parent or guardian's lap.

Policies Any bookings of 10 or more guests is considered a group and may incur additional charges Photography inside the Music Hall is prohibited at all times. Video cameras/recorders are strictly prohibited. Must book 5 days prior to show. Guests should arrive at the box office between 1 hour prior and 45 minutes prior to performance to pick up their tickets. Please note - only the name on the reservation will be permitted to pick up tickets at the show box office. Photo I.D. required. All sales for Radio City Christmas Spectacular are FINAL. No cancellations or refunds will be allowed. Tickets are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Date or time cannot be changed once show tickets are purchased. Name changes are accepted up to 48 hours prior to show date.
