Upon leaving the Perce Wharf, the cruise heads for the Perce Rock, gets close to it, slows down for a good look, changes course on the starboard of the obelisk in order to admire from the seaside the magnificence of the rock and the Three - Sisters cliffs with a breathtaking view of the village and Mont Ste Anne as a postcard background. Then, the cruise captain will speed up to the Bonaventure Island's bird sanctuary, navigates near the Gannet's nestling congregation site, also summer home of numerous seabird species. On the run, seals will be seen bathing in the sun on low tide rock outcrops and near little coves and beaches. The west side of the island will reveal the interpretstion site of the early fisherman's settlement. Landing at the island's quay, allows the visitors an access to the site and the walking trails leading to the birds sanctuary.
The last 20 minute stretch of the cruise will leave the island onboard to Perce Wharf in admiration to such unique panorama of nature: Perce Rock, Three Sisters Cliffs, Pic de l'Aurore, Mont Ste Anne, Cote Surprise, Cap Blanc...all of the beauties circling the Perce Village.
