Our tour begins from the Tropical Hotel Marina along the Negro River. You will begin the day´s adventure by floating along the Port of Manaus. Here, characteristic Amazon boats dock to distribute their goods to the municipal market.
Next witness the unbelievable meeting of the Negro and Solimões rivers as they join to form the Amazon River. There will be a brief stop to observe this natural phenomenon before we continue sailing up the Negro River to reach the January Ecological Park where visitors can see the famous aquatic plant, Vitória Regia.
Afterwards, ride in a motorized canoe through the igarapés (creeks) of the Negro and Solimões Rivers. In the dry season (February to September) we will enjoy a jungle stroll instead. Lunch will be served at a floating restaurant. We will also visit local Indian handcraft stores.
