SAMPLE MENU STARTER (Choice of 1): Chicory salad, goat cheese and walnuts or Slightly smoked Norwegian salmon, cream of cauliflower and seaweeds or Fennell salad with dill, shrimp and tarama.

MAIN DISH (Choice of 1): Seared salmon, creamy rice with parmesan, crustaceans sauce or Macaroni, artichoke, cream of "foie gras", veal jus or Cereal crusted chicken breast, mashed potatoes with herbs.

DESSERT (choice of 1): "Fromage blanc", candied chestnuts or Rice pudding, salted butter fudge or Lemon meringue crumble.
