Policies Passengers must call at least 48 hours prior to reconfirm date, pick-up time, and location. Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher. No Luggage, Briefcases, Large Backpacks, or Coolers are allowed on the Motor Coach. Food and Drink are not allowed inside the Hoover Dam. Passengers must be 18 years of age to travel without the supervision of an adult. ADA - Passengers requiring buses equipped with a lift must reserve at least 72 hours prior. Lift buses are subject to availability.
