Excursion to the Cotopaxi National Park & Hacienda

Departure by bus early in the morning through the pan American highway where we can observe beautiful landscapes and diverse ecosystems, it is a clear sign of the majesty of the Andes. We then head to the Limpiopungo Lagoon for a short walk, continue climbing the slopes of Cotopaxi volcano to reach the parking lot at 4500 msl to observe a magnificent view of the park (if the weather permits). We drive shortly and arrive at the Saquisilí Market, one of the most remarkable traditional markets of the south. We continue to the typical hacienda of the region to visit its premises, it is optional to lunch, horseback riding (previous reservation requires) or walk in its paths. Finally, return to Quito in the afternoon.
