The Chef prepares each day – on board – a menu inspired by French gastronomy. The perfect evening to see a Paris you have never seen!

Inclusion

Dinner cruise; An all-inclusive menu with a choice of à-la-carte dishes: starter, main dish, dessert, wines*, mineral waters and coffee; Authentic, tasty cuisine cooked on-board by the Chef.

SAMPLE MENU Starters: Chilled cream of asparagus soup with peppered burrata cheese; Duck rillettes, foie gras and country bread; Crisp sucrine lettuce with Caesar sauce; Burgundy snails with tomato sauce and croutons.

Main Courses: Salt cod brandade, rocket with olive oil and lemon; Veal in Marengo sauce and stewed vegetables; Confit shoulder of lamb, semolina with raisins; Rump steak, mashed potatoes and jus with olives.

Cheeses: Mature Brie de Meaux cheese with mixed salad leaves.

Desserts: Gascony white peach gratin in Melba style; Small pot of coffee cream and almond financier biscuit; Strawberries in red fruit sauce; Striped iced nougat: apricot, Morello cherry and pistachio.

Drinks - Pays d'Oc Char donnay/Viognier PGI, Minervois Terroir, Mineral water and coffee. (*1 bottle 75cl for 4 persons)
