Holidaying with Brazil’s fashionable elite in their destination of choice - Angra dos Rei.
Enjoying the luxury waterside villa that gives you perfect access to the wonderful Atlantic and surrounding beaches.
Exploring the beautiful colonial town of Paraty with its cobbled streets and colourful buildings.
Diving off Josefa Island. The reefs are full of colourful fish, coral and rare sponges whilst the waters off nearby Sitio Forte Island are home to a Portugese shipwreck - perfect for underwater exploration.
Brazil has a certain, somewhat undeniable sex appeal. The magic is in all that Latin fever and steamy city heat, not to mention the sophisticated beach vibe of its fashionable coast. Angra dos Reis is where the crème de la crème of Brazilian society hang out in their beachfront holiday homes, and if you fancy a bit of the same, look no further.
private island escape
Our luxury waterside villa on Josefa Island in Angra is the ultimate in laid-back sophistication. Surrounded by tropical greenery and hovering above
the pure blue waters of the Southern Atlantic, this exotic (and fantastically stylish) hideaway is a little bit Crusoe and a little bit Conran: desert island this might be but shabby chic it definitely isn't.
brazilian chic accommodation
Designer Island Villa is cool and spacious. The living and dining areas are open plan and there's a fully equipped home entertainment centre (including a pool table) as well as a sun deck that looks out over the ocean. Without a doubt, our favourite features are the gorgeous bedroom bungalows: nothing says 'tropical island' better than making your way to bed through the lush green jungle or falling asleep to the sound of gently lapping waves. A bit of advice: call dibs on the master suite (childish but worth it). It has a view to die for and a stone staircase leading directly to the sea.
sail away
For getting out and about, simply jump aboard your boat and set sail. There are limitless bays and secluded beaches to explore. The beautiful colonial
town of Paraty is close by and it's well worth spending a day exploring the galleries and cafes on its cobbled streets. Whatever you're up for, the onsite staff and personal concierge will point you in the right direction (as well as do the shopping, cook you up some gourmet island food and plan some nights out...they're a helpful bunch). So that leaves you to just relax and enjoy your luxurious Brazilian break.
