Cusipata River Rafting Tour (I & II Class Rapids)

Highlights / General details

Our private transportation will take you to our camping ground at "Cusipata River Camp", where you can leave your baggage. Here, you will enjoy hot showers, toilets, sauna, and a comfortable dining area. The professional river guide will provide you with all the proper Rafting equipment such as; helmet, wet-suit, spray jacket, paddle and self-bailing raft.

After a comprehensive safety talk you will be running exiting class I & II rapids for approximately two hours. Afterwards, you will be heading back to “Cusipata River Camp” where a good hot lunch will be served. Time to relax and enjoy the Camp site facilities. Return would be in the late afternoon.

Inclusion

Professional river guide, Transportation from hotel in Cuzco city, Rafting Equipment: Helmet, wet-suit, spray jacket, paddle and self-bailing raft, and BBQ Lunch.

Additional Information Difficulty level: Easy - Moderate You should bring: A complete set of dry clothing; A pair of sandals or tennis shoes for the river that will get wet; Sun Block; A small towel; A bathing suit to wear under the wet suit; A good positive mental attitude!

Policies Guest is required to call our headquarters at least 48 hours ahead of the tour date to confirm their hotel information and departure time for pick up. This tour can be adapted into an accessible tour, depending on the disability, upon request. Tours may be cancelled if the weather makes the tour dangerous. In this case, if we are unable to reschedule the tour, we will issue a full credit or refund. Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.
