Arrive in Mexico City, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel accommodation. The Cortez tour includes a half day in Mexico City where we you will visit the Metropolitan Cathedral, Chapultepec Park area, the National Palace, The Zocalo of Mexico and the Museum of Anthropology. Take a scenic drive to Taxco with a stop for shopping in Cuernavaca (the City of the Eternal spring). In Taxco enjoy a sightseeing tour of the church of Santa Prisca, the market place and the famous silversmith shops. Then on to Acapulco, “The Riviera of North America”, featuring a variety of beaches, restaurants and night spots.

Itinerary Day 1: Mexico City We will pick you up and spend a half day in Mexico City where we will visit the Metropolitan Cathedral, Chapultepec Park, the National Palace, The Zocalo of Mexico and the Museum of Anthropology. Overnight at your hotel in Mexico City.

Day 2: Mexico City – Cuernavaca – Taxco We will depart from Mexico City and take a scenic drive to Taxco. En route we will stop to shop in Cuernavaca (The City of Eternal Spring). Taxco is a scenic city of steep, narrow streets and quaint buildings that attracts artists from around the world. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of the church of Santa Prisca, the market place and the famous silversmith shops. We will spend the night in Taxco.

Day 3: Taxco – Acapulco Rise and shine! We depart for Acapulco (“The Riviera of North America”), this internationally famous seaside resort featuring a variety of beaches, restaurants and night spots. We will stay overnight in Acapulco. (Reservations are required in advance – not included in the tour.)

Policies This tour requires a minimum of 2 passengers to operate. Arrival transfer, any city tour or additional sightseeing are not included in the price, this should be reserved separately. Please confirm reservation 48 hours in advance with Olympus Tours Mexico City office or see your Olympus Tours Representative at the hotel upon arrival.
