Highlights / General details

Located 130 kilometers away from Santiago, Colchagua Valley is Chile’s largest wine region, with 19,860 acres of vineyards and therefore considered a “enologists’ paradise”. We will learn more about the wine production process by visiting two vineyards, where we will get to know the history and the traditions of this valley by watching an exclusive clip. Our first stop will be the vineyard of Casa Silva (alternatively Saint Helena). There you can taste a glass of wine while enjoying the picturesque surroundings of the vineyard. Then we will proceed to the town of Santa Cruz, where we visit the shop Ruta del Vino, where we will give you as a gift a reserve bottle of wine from Colchagua Valley. We will continue our route by visiting another winery in the central valley, being either Viu Manet or Montes, where we will taste another glass of fine wine. Finally, we will stop at the Colchagua Museum, where we will begin a journey through the history of our planet and mankind from our American perspective.
