Enjoy an exclusive and delicious fine dining experience whilst taking in the magically lit canals of Amsterdam. The pinnacle of romance! You will receive a drink and an amuse bouche upon coming aboard our luxury canal boat, making for a festive start to an evening of sailing and dining. The dinner cruise through Amsterdam lasts 2.5 hours, during which our chef will prepare a 4-course meal “live” and your every wish will be catered to by our cheerful staff. The Amsterdam Dinner Canal Cruise is without a doubt the most culinair cruise in Amsterdam.

Dinner Cruise menu: Amuse Meat: Fresh salad with ‘Roseval’ potatoes, spring onions, crème of mint and paper-thin Serrano ham. Cappuccino from red paprika. Fried veal fillet served with a mousseline of potatoes from North Holland and roasted green asparagus.

Fish: Fresh salad with ‘Roseval’ potatoes, spring onions, crème of mint and smoked salmon. Cappuccino from red paprika. Gilt-head sea bream fillet ‘en papillotte’ served with a mousseline of potatoes from North-Holland and roasted bunch carrots.

Vegetarian: Fresh salad from ‘Roseval’ potatoes, spring onions, crème of mint and grilled courgette. Cappuccino from red paprika. Lasagne from roasted vegetables with rucola pesto and Parmesan cheese.

Dessert: Homemade apple tarte tatin.

Winter schedule: November 04, 2013 to March 19, 2014 Daily at 7:00pm. Summer schedule: March 20, 2014 to November 02, 2014 Daily at 8:00pm. Closed December 31 and April 26. Please check in 15 minutes prior to tour departure.
