Policies All riders must sign the Segway Los Angeles Rental Agreement and pay a refundable 250 USD rental deposit for any damage that occurs during the rental. This deposit is a credit card authorization, not a charge, and will be refunded when the Segway is returned in good working order. All riders must complete training on how to operate a segway. You are free to ride anywhere in the area except on the Santa Monica Pier or the 3rd Street Promenade.
