In the middle of the Nile river, lies this beautiful island, rich in relics and ruins and great scenery.

In the old times, the island was an important ivory trading spot, which is how it got its name. There are many ancient relics spread over the island, but the structure that's in the best shape is the temple of the creator-god Khnum.
