The city of Bol is just one hour away, by boat, from Split, the second largest city in Croatia. If you prefer flying, Brac also has an airport so it's easy to get to.
This unique beach resort is Croatia's trademark and it appears in all brochures. It always surprises people with it's new shape. The top of the beach bends itself according to the waves and wind. This pebbled beach is so white and the pebbles are very soft and shiny. Lying on your back on the beach feels like a massage.
The water here is particularly crystalline, and even if you are on a boat, 30 metres above the sea bed, the rocks will seem just one arm's length away. It the sun becomes to hot during midday, and the umbrellas are not enough, you can rest in the shade of the pine trees. This will for sure cool you down.
With plenty bar and restaurants to choose from down at the harbour, and with the open air market in the Loza, Bol is a great place to visit.
