Xcaret was considered by the Mayas as nature’s sacred paradise. Today this unique piece of heaven offers rivers (one underground to float in), a clear water inlet for snorkeling, botanical gardens, a breeding place for turtles and crocodiles, a jaguar and a monkey island, a butterfly pavilion and an aviary among other similar attractions. The park has a labyrinth layout amongst lush tropical flora and fauna. At night, enjoy one of the most spectacular night shows. Mexico and the Maya folklore represented through music, dances and color. A refreshing start to a wonderful vacation.

Participant restrictions

From 5 to 11 years old, Child rate will apply. Children must show ID at the Park's ticket office to prove age. Children from 12 years old will pay adult rate will apply. Children under 5 years old not paying a tour ticket will share seat with parents on the bus.

Additional Information Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Bring a bathing suit, cash, biodegradable sunscreen (available for purchase at the park), mosquito repellant, a hat, a camera, and valid ID to reserve your locker. Although snorkeling equipment is included in the tour, a $20 USD per person deposit is required for all snorkeling equipment.
