Explore the architecture and heritage of the Chiloe Island in this full-day tour from Puerto Varas! Our starting point will be Pargua, from where we will catch a ferry to cross the Chacao Channel, which separates the mainland from the island of Chiloe. During our boat trip we can observe sea lions, pelicans and seabirds typical of this region. Our first stop will be Chacao, a small town where we can admire its typical larch wood buildings and also its churches, which have been declared UNESCO World Heritage. We continue our journey to Dalcahue, where we will visit its Palafittes and the traditional market, with spectacular views of Churches. Finally, we will stop at Castro, capital of Chiloé Island, where we stop at Gamboa Viewpoint to take a beautiful picture of its world-known Palafittes.
