Viana do Castelo, truly the Minho’s Princess, who lies between the Atlantic Ocean and the Lima River. The medieval village of Ponte de Lima, even nowadays searched by noble and bourgeois families is the perfect place for a typical and traditional lunch (free time). Then we’ll continue in direction of the little “Portuguese Rome” – Braga, known for its cathedral and its more than 250 churches and chapels and the birthplace of the nation Guimarães. Points of interest: Viana do Castelo; Ponte de Lima; Braga; Bom Jesus Sanctuary; Guimarães (centre and UNESCO sites).
