Enjoy easy connections, fast travel times and frequent departures.

The Harbor Taxi goes between Navy Pier and the Museum Campus (Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum), and the River Taxi goes from Navy Pier to Michigan Avenue and Willis Tower/Union Station.

With the one-day pass give you hop-on and hop-off privileges all day. Just show your pass whenever you get on board one of the Taxis.

Hours of operation

Available: Daily, May 17th to September 30. Departure Times: There are no times for these tickets, Water Taxi’s run on a continual basis from 10:00am to 6:30pm daily with a taxi coming to each dock about every 20 minutes.

Location Water Taxi Cruises depart from all docks (Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue, Union Station/Willis Tower and Museum Campus) and vouchers can be submitted to any ticket booth location for access to the ship.
